Draycott Bed & Breakfast - London

Came here for 5 days, the hotel was homely, it had magnificent location close to tube station, post office and pilublic transport. We got large and huge room in the windows. Enjoyed the location near 2 metro stations...

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were odd.

stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave there. the hotel was homey and the staff was welcoming, it had excellent location to the center of london.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at Draycott, where the charming decor created a homely feeling. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible.

Could improve with more comfortable seating options.

Great location, but not clean enough

I stayed for 3 nights and found the location super convenient. The place reminded me of a bit of a dump. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and you could see rats wandering around. The kitchen was gross and messy, made cooking really unappealing. Room keys kept failing too, a hassle. Breakfast options were decent, though.

Well, the old-world charm of the architecture hits you right away. Some classic furnishings add a touch of nostalgia.

On the downside, the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, with some corners looking a bit too lived-in for comfort. The kitchen equipment, particularly the microwave, feels like it's seen better days. The noise from the street at night can be a bit much, especially if you're a light sleeper, and the odd smell in common areas might not sit well with everyone.

Family with children beware

The location was good like close to shops and parks for the kids. We did have a nice moment when the kids found a clean space to play outside.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

I stayed for three nights in a cozy room that had great lighting and a comfy bed. The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the TV room was perfect for a relaxed evening after exploring. Just a heads up, a few things could use some freshening up, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

The shower felt amazing, like a refreshing waterfall, and I liked that the sheets were super clean every day. Just wished the room itself felt a bit more put together, honestly.

The BnB was in a nice location with cozy vibes. The room was decent and comfy for my solo stay. Enjoyed some lovely walks around the area. Staff were friendly and helped when I asked. Nice breakfast options too!

The room was cozy, and the staff was super friendly. It's located just a short walk to the council. The breakfast was good, and the atmosphere felt warm and cute. I really appreciated how tidy everything was.

Solo traveler convenience at its finest

Had a great walking tour organized by the hotel, it was informative and engaging, a highlight. The staff were friendly and always available when I needed help with directions or recommendations.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what I got.

A Disgusting Experience, Avoid at All Costs!

Staying here was a nightmare. The premises reeked, and the hygiene was horrendous. I encountered rats nightly, with droppings everywhere, including my bed! The response to my complaints was shockingly dismissive. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were filthy. I had to leave after just a few days.

Spacious rooms with big windows! They come with handy stuff like coffee, a TV, and a little kitchen corner. 😊.
